Consignment Terms and Conditions                                                              

Seller of items agrees to consign with “I Do” On a Dime. “I Do” On a Dime will decide on a sale price and provide consignor with a list of sale items for his/ her account. Consignors will receive 50% of the selling price minus any fees and sales tax. “I Do” On a Dime reserves the right to reject items we do not feel are capable of being sold.

Consignment items are guaranteed a full 90 days at beginning determined price (not including sales and promotional events). After this time, they are subject to discounts of up to 50%.

In the event of a sale or promotional event, “I Do” On a Dime reserves the right to discount merchandise regardless of the consignment date.

If dropped off items are not accepted by “I Do” On a Dime, they must be picked up no later than 3 days after being dropped off. Items are considered property of “I Do” On a Dime after this time and will be discarded.

 

Consignment period ends 6 months from date this contract is signed.

All remaining items must be picked up no later than 14 days after end of consignment period. Items not picked up by this time will be considered property of “I Do” On a Dime and will be donated to charity or discarded. “I Do” On a Dime is not obligated to contact the consignor to remind you of contract end.

If items are picked up before the contract end, 48 hours notice is required and the account will be charged an “early pull” fee of $10.00.

 

Condition of all clothing, accessories and decorations must be:

Previously dry cleaned and on hangers or ready for immediate sale.

Free of damage such as rips, stains, missing pieces, etc.

Free of misc. debris such as water, sand, confetti, etc.

In a current style and/ or fashion (to be determined by “I Do” On a Dime).

All items are handled with extreme care, but we are not responsible for any mishandling, theft, fire, flood or accidental damage of your items. Items that are discovered to be damaged or flawed after initial inspection and acceptance will be sold at a discount or donated to charity.

 

Consignors may check the status of their account at anytime. Upon request, a check will be made at the end of each month and can be picked up from the 1st-5th of the following month.

A valid form of ID is required to pick up checks.

If money is not picked up by consignor during this period, any money earned will rollover to following months until the end of consigning period. Non activity on an account for 1 year will void any money earned.

All checks are subject to a $1.00 fee.

Accounts with less than a $25 balance will be paid in cash. 

If consignor would like a check mailed to them, a $2.00 mailing fee will be deducted from the account balance.

 

Donations are welcome at any time.

This contract is subject to changes made by “I Do” On a Dime at any time.
